The display is unreadable or missing segments

If you have just received your new 3DFitBud, be sure to remove the front protection demo sticker from the display. If your 3DFitBud battery has been activated for around 12 months and the display is fading, it is likely that the battery is low and needs to be replaced. Battery type: CR2032 button coin cell battery. Reset button not working

NOTE: The RESET button must be pressed for more than 3 seconds to reset your step count back to zero. My step count is not accurate

Consistent and uninterrupted forward walking steps (at least 10 steps at a time) and wearing with good stability offers the best condition for your 3DFitBud to count your steps accurately. My 3DFitBud will not turn on or stopped working

If you have just received your new 3DFitBud, be sure to activate it for the first time by removing/sliding it out of the clip and pulling out the battery insulation tab to activate the new battery and display.
